*The deadline for early registration is midnight (Central European Summer Time) on 31 July 2025.
The registration fee includes the scientific program fee and the social program fee. The registration fee is excluding VAT.
Scientific Program includes:
- All conference sessions (including poster session)
- Conference material
- Download of presentations after the conference from the conference website
General Social Program includes:
- Welcome Reception on 15 September 2025
- Conference Dinner on 16 September 2025
- A conference souvenir
On-Site-Registration:
On-site registration will start on Monday 15 September 2025, 18:00 at the Vienna House by Wyndham Diplomat Prague.
Registration Information:
Take advantage of the lower registration fee until 01 August 2025.
Accepted payment methods include credit card payment and bank transfer (please note that bank transfer needs to be received before conference attendance. Please send proof of bank transfer per email to conference organizer upon completion of bank transaction). For bank transfer, payment must be made in EURO after receiving the invoice.
For cancellations received before 15 August 2025, a handling fee of 200 EURO will be deducted from the refund. No refund will be possible after 15 August 2025.
Substitution of conference participants may be made at any time by notifying the conference office. If the substitute participant does not meet the same discount requirements as the registered participant, the difference will be charged. Please notify the conference organizing office of any name changes of participants in advance.
The conditions for cancellation after 15 August 2025 also apply to registered participants who cannot attend the event due to last minute changes in plans.
Conference Hotel:

Conference Proceedings:
A conference program book will be provided to each conference participant. All presentations or abstracts will be published on the conference archive website with the ISSN 2363-8702. For more information, please refer to author’s guidelines.
Visa Application:
If required, invitation letters to support visa application for entry into Czech Republic can be provided following your conference registration. Please inform yourself if you require a VISA to enter Czech Republic on the webpage of the local Czech Embassy in your home country.
Invitation letters will only be issued following successful registration (for credit card payment). Please note that for payment via bank transfer, invitation letters can only be issued after we have received an email with a scan verifying the bank transfer.
Language:
The conference language is English. Translation service is not available.
